Victor Waller is a Seventh-day Adventist Educator who teaches Bible and Language Arts at Ramah Junior Academy in Cleveland, OH. He received a BA degree in Theology from Oakwood College (now Oakwood University) in Huntsville, AL and another BA degree in English Literature and a Masters in Divinity and a Masters in Secondary School Administration from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI. Although he currently holds four degrees, he is in the research phase of completing his PhD in Education Leadership at Capella University.
Since becoming a Seventh-day Adventist in 1972, Pastor Waller has been seeking to serve God in whatever capacity the Lord has seen fit to use him. While at Oakwood, the Lord used him to organize the Health Band as part of the Oakwood College Missionary groups that would go out into the community on Sabbaths to visit the elderly. He has served as a student missionary to Malawi, Africa; worked as a Literature Evangelist, a Pathfinder Leader and lay-pastor for both the Illinois and Lake Region Conferences while attending his college and graduate studies.
Pastor Waller enjoys studying the Word of God and creative communications. He is the author of the book, “Reality Checked: Life Through Death”; a writer of many unpublished poems and lyrics of a few songs. Recently he has joined the gospel male group, “Shepherds of Christ”.
While a student at Oakwood College, Victor met and married the former Debra Ann Graves of Chicago, IL; they recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They have three adult children: Andre, Angela and Alicia. From their three children, they have seven grandchildren.
Victor Waller’s goal in ministry is to show forth the love of Christ in Christian service in whatever capacity His Heavenly Father desires for him because he believes that God’s love for him is best.
